Privacy

This is a short draft for the prototype. It is not a full privacy policy.

• The portal is for authorised lending staff.
• Create account and log in use an email address. Public Create account emails stay unverified until a Mitigate admin verifies them. Emails are stored in lowercase so the same address cannot create two accounts.
• Signed-in users see the property titles they monitor. That data is kept per account.
• Passwords are not stored in this repository. Hosted login uses Amazon Cognito.
• The public landing page does not publish title records.
